i remember last year's turnover, when i sat with a group of people i barely knew, thinking to myself that i will never memorize all their names and positions by the end of the year. everyone seemed to know everyone else, except me, which explains why i was the quietest during our first few meetings.
months and another turnover later, i realized how i knew each one by heart. and how noisy i have to come be, to the point that joe said "i miss how quiet you were". and how i used to be so shy and how being srcc helped me talk in front of large audiences - may it be to announce in classrooms or be an emcee in a program. now im ready and trained to address my lovely seniors every morning.
we had our last meeting in the office a while ago and behind the laughs and jokes i can feel the sad vibe from everyone because we are all so going to miss each other. while julia and karlo were saying our final prayer, i looked at each one and our cozy little office which i wasnt going to see with the same people anymore. 
i was up on stage dancing with kits when we started to reminisce on leadership training together, and how we danced to the swing, how jopet samga and i danced to buttons at 10 in the evening, how divine volunteered to go first in truth or dare only to get the dare "from now on di ka na kasali sa game na to", and that all those happened almost a year ago now today. yes its been that long, and i guess that explains why i am so attached to srcc 07.
so here's to the great, lovely council who gave true friendship even if, as stated in the constitution, that we are just to work together, and to all the sleepless nights, memories and good times spent over the year. i so love each one of you dearly. :)

1. this has got to be the best birthday yet
this i realized after getting tons of advanced happy birthday greetings, happy birthday kim statuses, 12midnight greetings, a happy birthday song from sections D F and G, a happy birthday kim-filled blackboard, a balloon + dedication from sir sabs (with the opening message: "to my pretty kid ΓΌ < --:x!!!!!!!!!!!) and from 15 other hott bois, 15 (hehe baket kaya kinulang :P) chocolates from 15 more hott bois, surprise song number + gift delivery during philosophy time, a surprise visit during our srcc meeting and all the other uber great surprises i got.
2. and i so super love my friends forever to infinity and beyond
since none of the things mentioned above would have been possible if it weren't for them.
thank you friends. surprise planning is truly your expertise =)) thanks for all the love, and for making me the happiest ever! a big, tight hug to all of you!!!! :)
this is a public-view worthy post indeed :)
